In order to settle the Estate of Albert Cotton, Charles and Jim Cotton have commissioned the Goldmark Auction Team to sell at absolute auction the following four (4) properties. 108 Payne Street, 107 Payne Street, a garage and lot on Payne Street and 312 S. Fourth Street. All properties are in Historic Bardstown KY. These properties will offer some very affordable homes or great investment properties.
