While not every property is auction property the auction process has always been a progressive form of marketing that many times brings more for your property than listing for sale. It is almost always more profitable for selling a farm through land divisions. It enlarges the pool of Buyers, and gives Buyers an opportunity to buy in small or large tracts, which means more profits for you the Seller.
