There will be a 10% buyers premium added to all final bids to determine the final Sales price. There will be a 6% Ky. sales tax added to all final Sales price unless you have a “Resale certificate” on file with us this year. Or, you are “Farm Exempt” and have a file with us this year. Blank certificates are here on this page. If you are eligible for either one please print off and have filled out for the day of the Sale.
