The following measurements are approximate. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine Height, Width and bushels of grain bins.

Bin A—–16’3″ H x 20’8″ W  = 4,394 bushels

Bin B—–17’8″ H x 17’9″ W  =  3,512 bushels

Bin C —–17’6″ H x 23’9″ W   = 6,199 bushels

Bin D——17’4″ H x 26’10″W   = 7,853 bushels

Bin E ——17’11” H x 26’7″ W   = 8,610 bushels

Terms of Sale: Cash or personal check with proper identification. Full payment due the day of Sale Oct. 17th. 

All Buyers will have 30 days to pickup their purchases. The Seller will not be responsible for any item after the Sale. It is the sole responsibility of each buyer.

All Buyers of the grain bins will have 60 days from date of Sale to remove the grain bins. The Seller will not be responsible for any damage to any grain bin after the day of Sale

All items being sold “AS IS” with no warranties or guaranties expressed or implied, whether written or oral.

There will be a 10% Buyers premium added to all final bids to determin final sales price.

There will be a 6% Kentucky sales tax added to all final sales price unless you have a farm exemption certificate on file with us for the current year.
