TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
*There will be a 10% Buyers Premium added to all winning bids (Real Estate and all personal property items) to determine the final sales and purchase price.
*6% Kentucky Sales Tax will be added to the final sales and purchase price on all personal property items, unless the purchaser is tax exempt with a certificate on file with The Goldmark Realtors Auction Team.
*For all personal property items, payment in full is due the day of the auction. We accept cash or a good personal check with proper identification.
*The purchaser of the Real Estate will pay 20% down of the final sales and purchase price the day of the auction with the 80% balance due on or before 30 days from auction date.
