Had a great turnout on December 14th with some very competitive bidding. Had a total of three buyers on the 4 tracts. One individual bought both individual lots up front, and a father and son bought the back tracts. Closing went smoothly so thanks go to Joe Mattingly’s office in Lebanon for that.

The Fogle family has decided to liquidate some of their real estate and has commissioned Goldmark Realtors to auction this property.

Just a great property all around. Beautiful building sites on all tracts and tracts 4 and 5 have woods with oaks, cedar, pine and other scattered trees. These kind of tracts don’t come up very often. Tracts 4 and 5 are excellent hunting tracts with all kinds of game!!

Sale Terms: 20% down day of sale with balance due within 30 days from day of Sale.

There will be a 10% Buyers premium added to all final bids to determine final sales price.

Preliminary Site Evaluation for tracts 2 and 3. Tracts 2 and 3 site evaluation

This is a preliminary site evaluation for sites 2 and 3. New owners must have full evaluation from Marion County Environmental Services.

Tract# 5 site evaluation

Tracts 2 and 3 preliminary soil evaluation was good for a conventional system. However, before building must have environmental perform a full evaluation.

Tract 5 did not perk at the front for a conventional system. However, there is a nice hidden place not far from the building lot to put a lagoon. Health department has approved that system.

Did not perform soil evaluation on tract 4. There are multiple building sites and new owner can determine where to build and then  have the health department perform the evaluation.

All tracts have access to Marion County Water. Tract 4 has a utility easement over tract 2 to get access.
