The Sale will be performed in two rounds. The whole 19.2 acres will be sold as a whole in round one. In round two we will sell the home and five acres which is tract# 1. Then tract# 2 that has 14.2 acres with the pole barn will be sold. Whichever rounds realizes the most money will be the winning round. Open the aerial map to see how it lays out.
Both tracts will be sold, “As Is” with no warranties or guarantees. Whether written or oral.

Tract# 2 has a 100′ long easement on Tract#1 to enter off Loretto rd. in order to access Tract# 2
